  • Check if the company is available on Podio CRM 

    • Add the company on Podio if it is not already added

    • If already added, talk with the account manager

  • Send a short email

    • Introducing AIESEC and what we do

    • Brief information of what we offer

    • Ask for a meeting

  • Connect through LinkedIn

  • If you receive no answer, try calling ;)

How to run a meeting?

  • Be professional, be confident

  • Shut up & listen

    • Ask about the company

    • Ask about their needs

  • Once you know their needs, tell them what they want to hear, personalize our product.

  • Explain the leadership development model and the WHY of AIESEC, and that we are volunteers

  • Set clear next steps

How to follow-up & close?

  • Within 24h of the meeting, send a follow-up email

    • Summarizing what you talked about

    • Setting clear next steps

    • Sending further information if they asked for it

  • Sign the contract

  • Make and send invoice for the 100€ for the start of the process (For MKT/IT and TE long term).
